Animal Crossing: Every Vendor On Harv's Island

Finding a certain vendor is no longer a waiting game!

With the huge Animal Crossing update that was released in 2021, Harv's Island is home to more than just a photo studio. By spending Bells, the player can unlock booths for various vendors and have access to them way more frequently than they visit the player's island.

Setting up a space for each vendor costs 100,000 Bells, and there are seven in total to unlock (excluding Harv and Harriet, who are both unlocked by default). This means the player will need to invest 700,000 Bells in total. They can be unlocked in any order.

A vendor will not be present on Harv's Island if they're currently visiting the player's island.

Opening Hours: 5am to 1am

Katrina does not visit the player's island, meaning she's always available here. By paying her a small fee of 1,000 Bells, she can read the player's fortune.

Her fortunes can influence friendship points with certain villagers or affect how much luck the player has for the day. Luck can determine how many Bells they find, how often they trip, and how easy it will be to obtain rare items.

The player can also pay additional fees to Katrina to change their fate, including washing away bad luck. Check our guide (linked above) for all the detailed information on Katrina's fortunes!

Opening Hours: 5am to 12am

When Saharah is not on the player's island, she can be found in the plaza on Harv's Island instead.

Here, she'll offer her wares for sale in a list similar to how Kicks sells his merchandise. This means the player can see all the rugs, wallpapers, and flooring before buying, unlike when she visits their island.

She doesn't give out or accept Saharah Tickets when working at Harv's, but she does allow multiple purchases of each item.

Saharah will rotate her stock every Monday.

Opening Hours: 5am to 11pm

Rather than selling anything, Tortimer simply allows access to the player's storage. Things can be put into storage or taken out at will.

During the fall season, Tortimer is replaced by Cornimer. Some fans suggest this is just Tortimer in a costume, while others believe that they could be two different people. Regardless, Cornimer offers the exact same service allowing access to the player's storage. However, he also gives the player acorns once per day.

Since Tortimer/Cornimer are not stationed at their stall 24/7, remember to grab or store anything you need to before visiting Harv's Island.

Opening Hours: 5am to 12am

Reese and Cyrus make their second appearance after originally popping by Harv's for the annual wedding photoshop event.

This time, the happy couple offers a service more in line with their previous appearances in the series. Cyrus can customize items for a Bell fee. What makes this customization option so special is that Cyrus can customize almost any item, not just DIY items like the player can. This includes Nook Miles Rewards, event items like Festivale or Halloween stuff, Nook Shopping items, and more.

Interestingly, Cyrus even offers some colors or designs that can't be obtained elsewhere, typically in damaged or aged aesthetics. Anyone looking to make a more run-down or industrial design on their island should definitely pay Reese and Cyrus a visit for these cool alternate designs.

Opening Hours: 5am to 11pm

Happy old Lief is available on Harv's Island whenever he isn't on the player's island.

His shop functions basically the same here as it does in the player's town square. He sells seeds for flowers and produce and the starts for shrubbery.

With the same update that introduced vendors on Harv's Island was the introduction of crops like carrots and tomatoes. Lief sells the required seeds to start growing these crops, which can ultimately be cooked into dishes.

Lief's shop restocks every Monday.

Opening Hours: 5am to 1am

Perhaps most exciting to many players is that Redd has a shop set up on Harv's Island. He'll be here whenever he's not on the player's island.

He only offers two artworks at a time, rather than four. He also doesn't have the other miscellaneous items for sale like he does on his Treasure Trawler.

However, Redd does run his raffle contest like he does during August fireworks shows. The raffle costs 500 Bells per draw.

Redd will have new art for sale every Monday.

As always, be vigilant when buying art from Redd, as it could be fake. We have a guide to help you spot the forgeries.

Opening Hours: 5am to 12am

Like Lief, Kicks operates his shop in basically the same way as when he's on the player's island. He'll be available at Harv's whenever he's not on the player's island.

Kicks sells shoes, socks, bags, glasses, and other accessories.

He will change his stock every Monday.

Opening Hours: 5am to 10pm

Harriet is an interesting case. Rather than operating a fixed shop or service, she'll wander around the island. To unlock her hairstyling service, the player needs to unlock any of the other vendors on the island.

Once per day, she'll style the player's hair. If they don't like it, they can revert to what they had before. Either way, the style will become available to the player whenever they'd like to use it.

After teaching the player all her hairstyles, Harriet will no long style their hair and will simply greet them when spoken to.

Harv is not a new vendor, having been available and offering the same service since the game's original release. He lets the player use his cabin for photoshoots with their villagers and other NPCs (scanned in with amiibo).

This service is called Photopia, and it allows for easy scene setup and take down when taking photos. By taking photos of villagers here, the player can unlock their poster permanently.

Photopia is also the setting for the annual wedding photoshoot event with Reese and Cyrus. This event takes place throughout the month of June.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available for the Nintendo Switch.
